Our History and Aim

Zealous is an independent marketing agency that specializes in brand management for several large client accounts, including Google, Apple, Solar, Allstate, AT&T, and many more. We help clients stay on top of their brand awareness by communicating their newest offers and promotions to their customers to increase revenues.

Here at Zealous, we want go getter’s whose ambition cannot wait. We train our employees in all aspects of sales and marketing so they can be well versed in the industry. We have no seniority policy and only promote from within, so solely performance and results dictate your place with us!

Customer Service Representatives are the first impression a customer gets as they approach our events. They create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent in-person customer interactions on behalf of our clients. Our top customer service representatives have the ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities. The objective is to be able to help customers find the best product for their wants/needs within their price point while maintaining company and client compliance and standards.

Brand Management

Our Positions

Promotional Retail Representative

Promotional Retail Representatives are primarily responsible for professionally marketing and promoting clients to increase brand awareness. By attending office and virtual training, they will stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends to ensure the information they are giving to customers is accurate and up-to-date. Representatives are encouraged to grow in their careers at BAM through leadership development training, and performance-based career promotions.

Client Account Manager

Client Account Managers are expected to be knowledgeable of product information and keep current with changes in the industry. The account managers are expected to promote clients within local retailers and assist these clients with acquiring new customers, while effectively managing client accounts. Client Account Managers assist with new team member training, as well as leadership mentorship.

Customer Relations Representative

The Customer Relations Representative will represent the client's brands while maintaining their communications skills to hold a high level of customer service for our clients and their customers. In the Customer Relations Role, representatives will greet customers and inform them of products to meet their needs, as well as assist provide solutions to potential and existing customers. The Customer Relations Representative will also attend daily meetings to further product knowledge and to strengthen personal development in order to improve clientele knowledge and understanding.
